Where is my data stored?
Entirely in the European Union. We host on Scaleway in Paris, France (managed PostgreSQL, EU object storage and EU email delivery), so children's data never leaves the EU.
How does the free trial work?
It runs for 14 days and needs no credit card. You request it through the lead form and we set your kindergarten up for you. There is no self-serve signup.
Can I switch from another platform?
Yes. We set up your kindergarten and show you how to add your classes, children and families. Automatic import from another platform is coming soon.
I have more than one location. Can you handle that?
Grow covers a single location with unlimited children. Multi-location management arrives with Scale. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out when it's ready.
Do parents need to install an app?
No. Parents simply open KinderGuard in their browser on any phone or computer. There's nothing to download.
Is it available in Romanian?
Yes. The whole platform is fully available in Romanian and English, and our support speaks Romanian.
